Orders & MOQ
Our standard MOQ is 500 units per design. For initial sample orders, we can start with as few as 50 units.
Customization
Everything: plush design, fabric, color, size, AI features, voice language, packaging, and branding (private label).
Shipping & Logistics
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide, including the US, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, and the Middle East.
Payments
T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and PayPal for sample orders.
After-Sales
All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and AI module malfunctions.
